A new digital channel at BoB, a ChatBot named DiGi BoB, is available to engage with online customers and direct them to an online form integrated with the BoB CRM sales process and their Loan origination application. The main business aim is the acquisition of online customers through an easy process to request a loan or open an account at the customer’s convenient time and place.

A BoB website visitor or a Facebook user will use Facebook messenger to chat with DiGi BoB. The ChatBot will be guiding the visitor to select the desired product, and will ask for certain information that will be used as criteria to check the eligibility of the visitor to be a lead.
